
Nnawuihe Ugo Nwosu, PhD, MS, MBA, CHES, CHCT. (Co-Founder)
Dr. Nnawuihe Ugo Nwosu is the Co-Founder of Top Star Health Foundation, Inc. He is a resourceful public health educator and health promoter who has immense experience in health promotion. With a PhD in Health Education and Health Promotion, Dr Ugo Nwosu is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). He is also a Certified Healthcare Technician who has worked in various residential healthcare organizations. He currently teaches Health Education courses at Southern New Hampshire University and Anne Arundel College. He has taught Health Education and Health Behavior at Towson University and Healthcare Marketing at the graduate level at Gannon University. Dr Ugo Nwosu is a member of the Society for Public Health Education (SOPHE), American Public Health Association (APHA), Maryland Public Health Association (MPHA) and the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES). Dr. Nwosu brings in his wealth of experience in promoting positive choices that would improve the health outcomes of Allstar Health Services clients. Dr. Ugo Nwosu is also the Director (Admin & Treasury) of Allstar Health Services, Inc.

Stella Nwosu, MPH, BSN, RN. (Founder).
Stella Nwosu, the Founder of Top Star Health Foundation,Inc., is a resourceful, competent, and highly skilled nurse whose wealth of experience in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Oncology, Gynecology nursing spans over 40 years. Stella has worked in various health institutions and has been trained to apply a personalized approach to nursing care augmented by her deep passion for human psychosomatic health. Armed with an associate degree in nursing and midwifery, postgraduate diploma in pediatric nursing and management, a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a master’s degree in public health, Stella has worked in many hospitals in the United States and Nigeria and has received many awards as well. She is bringing her wealth of experience in hospital nursing services into residential nursing care services. Stella is a member of the American Nurses Association, Maryland Nurses Association, and the American Professional Women’s Association. Stella Nwosu is also the President of Allstar Health Services. Inc.

PHILIP AKUMKPERIK
Philip Akumkperik is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PAC Group, Inc. Philip Akumkperik is a certified public accountant (CPA) with over 15 years of public accounting experience. He has an MBA and is licensed in USA and Ghana to practice public accounting. Philip Akumkperik’s certifications include Certified Management Accountant (CMA); Certified Financial Manager (CFM); Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE); and various other professional certifications. At PAC Group, Philip Akumkperik believes that their customers’ needs are of the utmost importance. He and his team of professionals are committed to meeting those needs. He is also a great supporter of humanitarian activities in Ghana, Nigeria, and the United States of America.

ENG GEORGE ANINWENE
George Aninwene is a humanitarian, certified healthcare facilities manager, entrepreneur, and cares very deeply for our under-served population. He has over twenty years of professional working experience serving in both director and associate hospital administrator positions in prestigious hospitals like Childrens' National Medical Center, National Naval Medical Center, Prince George's Hospital Center, Christ Hospital, Meadowland Hospital, Carrier Clinic and Greystone Psychiatric Hospital, to name a few. He is currently building/nurturing his family's business in Takoma Park, MD. He is the co- founder of Agape Food Pantry of Piscataway, where he also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for four years. He is currently a member of the board of directors for Takoma Park/Langley Crossroads Development Authority. Resident in Bowie Maryland, Eng. George Aninwene has always actively supported various local and international charities. George is always ready to lend a helping hand, give a caring ear and a kind word/advise.

EMENIKE UMUNNA
Engineer Emenike Umunna is a seasoned quality professional with over 20 years of regulatory/ compliance experience with the design, auditing, integration, including batch, and process optimization/scale-up in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Using a systematic method (SDLC), Eng. Emenike Umunna can turn business requirements (manuals manufacturing, scope of work) generated by high level steering committees, department stakeholders, or manufacturers into granular sized user functional/design requirement specifications (URS, FRS, DDS) that are required by clients needing to satisfy FDA/ISO guidelines. Using a risk-based approach, Eng. Emenike Umunna can also use these URS, FRS, or DDS to generate very robust test scripts for installation, operation, and performance (IQ, OQ, PQ) qualification purposes. Eng. Emenike is a great supporter of humanitarian activities both in Nigeria and the United States.
